Our school

Michaella Constantinou was born and raised in Cyprus. She graduated from the Despina Grigoriadou Higher Professional School of Dance and holds a Bachelor of Dance Performance and Education from the University of Nicosia. During her studies she danced in choreographic works by Kalina Bogoeva, Lisa Basova, Maro Grigoriou, George Elkin, Maria Tsouvala, Alexander Michael, Dara Milovanovic, Lia Haraki and Julia Brendle.

In 2009 she took part in the Kalina Bogoeva Foundation Varna International Dance Academy Workshop in Varna, and in contemporary dance seminars with Fotis Nikolaou, Nadar Rosano and Elena Chatzidaki.

In 2011 she attended theoretical and practical seminars in ballet pedagogy and teaching led by Madame Kalina Bogoeva, head of ballet pedagogy at the Pancho Vladigerov Academy, earning a diploma of the Varna International Academy in the Vaganova system. She also holds an A.D.S.A. (Amateur Dance System Association) diploma.

LEONORA ANDREOU

Leonora Andreou (1994) was born and raised in Cyprus. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Dance Studies from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in the United Kingdom, from which she graduated with a partial scholarship.

Throughout her dance career, she has participated in choreographic works by Rahel Vonmoos, Kieran Jae, Sarah Milne, Mariko Sero, Nicole Syrianou, Andreas Sotiriou, Christiana Konizou, and Stavri Kalopetridou. She has also attended classes and workshops led by Rebecca Davies, Melody Squire, Jason Mabana, Julia Gleich, Lambros Lambrou, Tzortzis Nicolaou, Elpida Charitou-Marneri, and Roula Papadimitriou.

In addition, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Cyprus, as well as certificates in Special Education and Child Psychology. She is also a certified instructor of the Dansice Fitness programme.
